                          If you are using it for the first time, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Place the thermometer in a stable ambient temperature for more than 30 minutes; Step 2: Use the traditional mercury thermometer or electronic thermometer to measure someone, assuming a temperature of 36.8;
Step 3: Use the non-contact infrared thermometer to measure the same person. Pay attention to the measurement distance and method: keep the distance between the thermometer and the forehead 1-3cm, remove any obstacles that may affect the result such as hair, sweat, etc..., if you get the same temperature 36.8℃, that’s mean the thermometer setting is normally and can be used normally, If you get a lower reading of 36.4℃ with 0.4℃ discrepancy, you can set F1 to "0.4℃"; Conversely, if higher 0.4℃, you can set F1 to "- 0.4℃".
